All we ask is that you respectfully follow our Community Guidelines outlined below. Any posting on the social media site is subject to that site’s practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

As a pharmaceutical company, we work within a highly regulated industry and therefore cannot participate in many sensitive topics or discussion(s) on our or other companies’ products. If you post a question or comment, please know that it may take us some time to respond and that we appreciate your patience. Off-topic content, including that of religious or political nature.
Advice on health matters that would require input from a healthcare professional.
Spam or advertising (eg, selling of products and services, recruiting of followers, or repetitive postings).
Misleading or factually inaccurate content.
Personal information (eg, names of individuals, email addresses, phone numbers, or usernames of individuals). If you are seeking a response, please send us a private, direct message so that we can communicate with you directly.
Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
Give the impression that the post originates from or is endorsed by TherapeuticsMD or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person
Content that violates the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contains any material that could subject TherapeuticsMD to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise conflicts with the Terms of Use.
Content promoting illegal activity.
Company finance-related commentary (eg, stocks, investments, and/or financial advice).
Content concerning ongoing legal or regulatory matters, or information that is sensitive, confidential, and not public knowledge.
Content that violates the respective social channel’s Terms of Use/Service.

By posting on one or more of our social media sites, understand that your posts, as well as any ideas, techniques contained in them, may be used by us, consistent with the respective social channel's Terms of Use, in any way, and in any media, including this forum, on our websites, social media pages, and in our business.
